What causes foot pain?
✔ Biomechanical Stress
Our feet endure significant stress with each step, leading to wear and tear on tissues, ligaments, and muscles, resulting in discomfort and pain over time.
✔ Structural Issues
Conditions such as flat feet, high arches, or misaligned bones can disrupt foot biomechanics, causing uneven weight distribution and increased strain, contributing to conditions like plantar fasciitis.
✔ Inflammation and Injury
Inflammation or injury to foot structures like the plantar fascia, Achilles tendon, or metatarsal bones can trigger foot pain, worsened by activities such as running or wearing unsupportive footwear.
✔ Poor Footwear Choices
Ill-fitting shoes or footwear lacking proper support can worsen foot pain by placing additional strain on the feet and altering natural alignment, potentially leading to conditions like metatarsalgia.
✔ Plantar Fasciitis
Inflammation of the plantar fascia, resulting in stabbing pain in the heel or arch, especially after rest, due to overuse or wearing improper footwear.
✔ Metatarsalgia
Pain and inflammation in the ball of the foot, caused by high-impact activities or wearing improper footwear, leading to discomfort when walking or standing.
Both compression and arch support are essential for addressing foot pain comprehensively. Together, they alleviate discomfort, enhance mobility, and reduce the risk of conditions like plantar fasciitis. Integrating both elements ensures comprehensive relief and support, allowing for comfortable and confident movement.

Prevention
Gently compresses the foot and surrounding tissues, improving circulation, reducing swelling, and supporting muscle recovery. This accelerates healing, mitigates inflammation, and promotes tissue repair.
Strutz Arch Supports absorb and offload the force and pressure of each step, distributing weight evenly across the foot, reducing strain on specific areas like the heel, arch, and ball of foot, and maintains natural alignment to prevent injuries.

FAQs
The STRUTZ® PRO was designed to be worn with the fabric touching the bottom of your foot. It should be positioned mid-foot around the arch area. However, everybody is different and we all have particular areas of our feet that need more support than others so the STRUTZ® PRO can be rotated or moved back and forth depending on what feels most comfortable to the wearer. Just be sure to keep the pointed side facing towards your heel.
The STRUTZ® PRO helps your feet by maintaining an arch for your foot. It provides support and absorbs shock as you walk or run. We suggest a short break-in period such as wearing the STRUTZ® PRO one hour the first day, two hours the next day and so on until you can wear it all day long. This allows your foot to get accustomed to wearing our product and causes the cushion pad to mold into a perfect arch support for you. Detailed instructions about how to use your STRUTZ® PRO are included with each purchase.
Yes, they are hand washable with mild soap and water. You should rinse it well and allow it to air dry. For longer product life DO NOT machine wash, tumble dry or dry clean.
